Tops and Cuff – My new pick up

February offered me a lot. I have been through very sad days ,happy day,arrival of gift, terrible pain on my back, lot of work , lot of foods and drinks and a little bit of shopping. So in an all this month was quite a roller coaster ride.  Though I was away from my blog posting but was working on something similar and interesting thing which I’ll definitely share here may by the end of this month or may be next month. Anyways just few weeks back I bought this pretty top from Vero Moda store. I loved its cuts, color and fabric. It’s so smooth on skin and I never had such pattern. It also got zip on back which attract me most. These new top I’m talking about going to  be my summer favorite as I’m going to wear them with shorts. I love summer as I get to wear shorts 🙂 Another top which I have is in black and gifted. Its kinda sheer and have nice ruffle kind of work on front which makes it more pretty.  I used to love wearing sheer tops when I was teenage they used to look so chic on me. After ages now I have sheer piece in  my closet and so wanna fault them during summer with shorts. Cuff is my favorite accessories now. Retail Therapy

Last few weeks been tough and sad in terms of work and other things in my life. I was sad and confuse about lot of things because of which I’m not keeping well now. Terrible pain on my back and as usual i’m scared of visiting doctor.

Anyways something which keep me going is my retail therapy and I would like to share that with you all. This post is about  how your love for fashion and shopping helps you recovering from dark days of your life?? Also helps you choosing the right stuff so that you won’t regret later and doing the right thing to recover.

I have seen people who are into retail therapy they end up impulsive shopping which means most of the things remain in their closet like some haunted past. How about buying something which you can use in good time and also give you message time to time?? When you are into retail therapy buy something in black like sexy black dress or you can go for black top too. Color black is not a symbol of sadness but actually color black helps in controlling emotion which is badly needed during tough times. Next pick up which is meaningful and you can use anytime is colored pants which is of course in fashion. The time and attention you going to spend in getting right size and fitting helps you in keeping you busy for a while which is what your mind actually looking for. I know this sounds silly but you will only realize it when things are actually happening to you. You can also buy a nice watch which will remind you that you will pass this dark hours and later remind you that how bravely you pushed away every minutes of sadness. You can also buy accessories and bag as these things never stay at the corner of your closet unlike clothes.

If you are one of those who piled up with work or do not prefer picking clothes when heart and mind fighting with each other.   Wear make up for yourself. I do lot of eye make up specially smoky eyes in those days. When you are low and looking for solution doing make up  gives you that sense of  relief which is required to survive. When you cover your eyes with dark colors you actually try to darken the pain deep inside you.

Fragrance sometime become your best friend as they are with you all the time. It do not need reason to stick with you. Buy yourself perfume because when you smell good you feel relaxed.

I got so busy these days with work and other stuff that I didn’t get time to post which i liked the most. Tomorrow is official day for love but sadly I’ll be busy working. Will post something interesting on Instagram though 🙂

Last weekend I went for lunch and got an eye on this pretty dress by Remanika. Its has delicate embroidery in beige thread which make this dress even more beautiful and can be day to night dress. It also have sequins at the bottom. I so want to wear it and go out. I’m sure its going to be an exclusive piece to wear in summer.

Victoria Beckham Autumn/winter 2013

Ready to wear A/w 2013 by Victoria Beckham is totally reflection of her stunning and sophisticated style. People who have been watching and admiring her style would easily connect to it. When some designers come up with ready to wear style they actually bring this concept in a same old huge designers collection. You know which you cannot think of wearing everyday it’s just the collection which practically look good on red carpet, in pop albums and on movie premiere. The fabric, color, embellishment work and what not which eventually lose its “ready to wear” concept. In Mrs Beckham collection you find this concept very clear but in sophisticated and interesting manner. The use of electric blue, yellow, sharp silts they are so chic and powerful. To make the collection sharp she used some of interesting fabric like checked tweed and camelhair. One of the sharp and masculine still feminine piece was tuxedo with slits where you can see the model’s arm. I loved her collection and not to mention those gorgeous  big bags.  I’m big bag lover myself and I understand the importance of a bag which make you ready to go everywhere.

Alexander McQueen Resort 2013 Collection

I was working on something interesting these days so came across Alexander McQueen Resort 2013 Collection..thought of blogging it. I’m not a fan of Mcqueen’s designs but found something interesting in this collection which is worth posting here. 2013 Resort Collection by Alexander Mcqueen is masculine but still feminine.  What interested me is pantsuit in the collection which is not just one color outfit and feminine but brought back peaked shoulder and elongate from the bottom by adding bootcut pant legs. Tunic dress with pant is little different than usual but i found it boring. I loved chain link on belts and high waist pants. Black and gold combination in the collection actually speaks for Alexander Mcqueen work for itself.
